July 1st, 2025 marked a special milestone for Hard Rock Casino NL: our first anniversary as a licensed online casino in the Dutch market. What a year it’s been — filled with achievements, transformation, and unwavering commitment.
From the very start, we embraced the fast-changing regulatory environment. In October 2024, the introduction of net deposit limits reshaped player engagement. Just a few months later, in January 2025, the gambling tax increase presented new challenges. Through it all, Hard Rock Casino NL remained resilient, focused, and adaptable.
Our biggest evolution? The team itself. Over the past year, we’ve grown from a compact group of multi-tasking generalists into a structured, high-performing team of specialists — now proudly operating from our strategic hub in Malta.
A pivotal moment came in December 2024, when Cristiano Blanco joined as CEO. With his leadership came a sharper focus, a clear strategic roadmap, and a renewed energy that continues to drive us forward.
